Where is PERSYS made?

PERSYS is made in USA.

What's your return policy?

You have 90 days to return your device if you are no satisfied. Please note, if you return a device, your data will then be irreversibly erased for your own privacy within 5 business days.

What's your warranty policy?

PERSYS comes with a lifetime warranty.

Does PERSYS require an Internet connection?

Nope. Your device works without any Internet connection. Simply connect to its WiFi hotspot to access it from your browser. You also have the option to connect it to your home WiFi.

What are the dimensions?

PERSYS is ~7 inches standing up, ~4 inches wide and ~1.5 inches deep.

How do I power it?

PERSYS comes with a 5V power supply.

Do you offer free shipping?

All US orders are shipped for free.

Can I update the software?

If you connect PERSYS to WiFi, the software will ask you if you want to update if there is one released. Alternatively, anytime there is a software update, you will get an email with a link to the file. You can drag and drop the file and PERSYS will update itself.
